Food in your journey…

This is a new avenue on my website and it follows the fact that I'm now taking a course with Vanessa Kimball at The Sourdough School and it's very much focused on breadmaking.

As some of you might have experienced, I am doing this programme and the concept is you bake two and you give one. So, I have often been handing out little bundles of bread, which I hope people enjoy. The idea behind fermented food is that it is really healthy for our guts to introduce some fermented food into our diet, be that as yoghurt, kefir or kimchi and sourdough bread, of course, and how that actually opens up the nutritional value of foods to us and improves our general wellbeing and health.

So watch this space, there will be more to come and, and it's an area of my practice that I'm incorporating into my acupuncture and herbal medicine and the food that we eat. It's very much part of who we are, and how we express ourselves in the world on our journey.
